Welcome to Dorset-Charcuterie
Started in 2009, The Dorset Charcuterie Co., with the help of the Princes Trust, was founded by Lee Moreton & Ben Sugden to turn a life long Passion and Hobby into practice. We had a clear aim.... To help (along with a few other pioneering British Charcutiers) put Britain firmly on the Charcuterie map and to produce truly Artisan Cured, Smoked and Air-dried meats to rival that of our European cousins.

We do NOT use any unnecessary artificial additives, colours or flavors and combining age old traditional methods coupled with state of the art modern techniques we produce all of our own products, seasonings and cures ourselves by hand in our purpose built on farm Charcuterie.
We are passionate about the seasons and thus celebrate them by providing the best of local Seasonal Game from our own Shoot and a few select others. We supply rabbits, pheasants, partridges, mallard, pigeons, venison and even squirrel!!
