We source free-range, wild or traditional breeds directly from small farms within the Purbecks, Dorset.
We hang, butcher, season, cure, dry, smoke and mature all our own products from start to finish.
Started in 2010, with help from the Princes Trust, Dorset Charcuterie have firmly cemented themselves as producers of fine, local, seasonal and ethically sourced British charcuterie.
Only ever sourcing free-range, wild or traditional breeds directly from small farms within the Purbecks, we hang, butcher, season, cure, dry, smoke and mature all our own products from start to finish, coupling age old traditional methods with state of the art modern techniques in our purpose built on farm charcuterie.
Passionate about provenance and the seasons, we use, when available, the best of what nature provides from the early treats of Purbeck samphire and wild garlic to the autumnal bounty of Dorset mushrooms and truffles to produce award winning Charcuterie.
Dorset Charcuterie are helping put Britain firmly on the Charcuterie map, producing some of the finest meat in the world to the highest of welfare standards, and so there is no reason why we shouldn't also produce unique, world beating Charcuterie.
Find our products in a growing number of delis, farm-shops, restaurants and eateries. To taste our wares either order online (we recommend the sample pack) or visit our on farm Charcuterie in Dorset.
