A whole leg of free range pork, cured simply with sea salt and slow matured for a minimum of 12 months.

Our pork is free range from a variety of rare breeds such as Mangalitza, Kune Kune, and Berkshire, sourced from Purbeck, Dorset.

Our vintage air dried ham is matured for a minimum of 12 months on the bone. This slow maturing process produces a greater depth of flavour, meaning it can be served on its own or as a part of a more elaborate dish. Our sliced packs of ham sliced and ready to eat.
